Nashua River Beach

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in line item 2800-7107 in Section 2 by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“and provided further that no less than $2,500,000 be expended for the restoration of the of the beach area located between the east bank of the Nashua River and Boylston Street in the Town of Clinton.”
