Mr. Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2300-7028, in line 98 after the words “University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth,” by inserting the following: “provider further, that $300,000 shall be expended for the Marine Renewable Energy Collaborative, Inc.  to conduct the remaining studies to acquire a 5 MW Pilot License for the Muskeget Tidal Project on Martha’s Vineyard”
