Cambridge Stormwater Quality Sampling

Mr. Toomey of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-7021, in line 66, by inserting after "municipalities" the following:- provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the design, engineering, and construction of stormwater quality sampling stations in the City of Cambridge.
