Amendment #136 to H4138

New Bedford State Pier

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, sections 32 to 36, inclusive, of chapter 7C of the General Laws shall apply to any disposition, lease, sublease, or license of all or any portion of the New Bedford state pier, or any improvements or equipment located thereon, or any operating or management agreement with respect thereto.
