Granby Water & Sewer Treatment

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in line item 2200-7021 by adding the following new language:-

"provided that, $3,000,000 shall be expended for a water and sewer treatment facility on Route 202 in the Town of Granby"
