Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 2840-7024, in line 695, by inserting after “Newton” the following: “, provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to reimburse the town of Auburn for the construction of the Dr. Arthur and Dr. Martha Pappas Recreation Complex.
