Agnes Fox Playground Flooding Mitigation

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 2000-7057 by inserting in line 456, after the word "Springfield", the following:-"provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for flood mitigation and flood repairs in the Agnes Fox Playground neighborhood, bordered by Church Street, in the city of Northampton", and in said item by striking the figures "$37,000,000" and inserting the figures "$38,000,000".
