Amendment #170 to H4138

New Bedford State Pier

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Koczera of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport and Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in item 1100-2510 by inserting, in line 245, after the word “amenities” the following:

“; and provided further, that $4,100,00 shall be expended for the rehabilitation of and improvements to the state pier in New Bedford Harbor.”
