Wellesley North 40 Parcel

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in Section 2B, in item 2000-7051, by adding the following:-

; and provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the improvement and preservation of the parcel of land known as North 40 located on Weston Road in the town of Wellesley to maximize recreational use while preserving open space.
