Wellesley Route 9 Technical Correction

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Chapter 79 of the Acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking “provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the planning, design, construction and any other associated costs for transportation improvements at the intersection of state highway route 9, Worcester street, and Kingsbury street in the town of Wellesley” the second time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the planning, design, construction, and any other associated costs for traffic mitigation work along Route 9 and Weston Road attributable to the development of 900 Worcester Street in the town of Wellesley”.
