Regarding design and construction of female locker rooms at DCR-owned ice rink facilities

Representatives Markey of Dartmouth and Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-7027, in line 171, by inserting after “New Bedford”  the following: “,provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of female locker rooms at ice rink facilities owned by the Department of Conservation and Recreation and operated by the Department of Conservation and Recreation or any other public or private entity.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “55,000,000”.
