Sewer Improvements to the Town of Colrain

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2200-7021, the following:- "Provided further that $2,500,000 shall be expended as a grant to the Town of Colrain for the building of a gravity fed sewer system along with a pumping station to serve the Main Street and Jacksonville Road area and connect it with the sewage treatment plant at the Barnhardt site."
