Energy conservation measures in the City of Springfield

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 2000-7028, by adding at the end of line 269, thereof the following: “provided further that not less than $7,800,000 shall be expended for installing the following energy conservation measures in Springfield: boiler replacement, vending misers, skim traps, motors, to save over 30,000 MMBTUs.”
