Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-7107, in line 130, by inserting after “Somerset” the following, “provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the design and engineering cost for a boat ramp in the City of Quincy at the Squantum Point Park.”
