Squantum Point Park Pier ADA Compliance for Ferry Transportation

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2800-7107, in line 130, by inserting after “Somerset” the following, “provided further that not less than $3,500,000 shall be expended for the alteration of the Squantum Point Park Pier and breakwater to be  ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act compliant in the City of Quincy, owned by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.”
