Amendment #4 to H4138

Mystic River Masterplan

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2,in item 2800-7031, in line 191, by inserting after "costs" the following:

" provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to finalize the designs and obtain the permits necessary for implementation of the Mystic River Master plan, including aquatic invasive species control on the Mystic River”, and in said item by striking the figures"10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures"10,250,000".
