Amendment #54 to H4138

Donald F. Higgins Memorial Hockey Arena

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX:  The street hockey court located in Marine Park at the rear of Murphy Memorial Rink in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston shall be designated and known as the Donald F. Higgins Memorial Street Hockey Arena.  The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing that distinction in compliance with the standards of said department.
