Millers River Bikeway & Riverwalk

Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2800-7107, in line 130, by inserting after “Somerset” the following:- “provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the purchase, planning, design and construction of a scenic pedestrian river walk and bicycle pathway from South Main street in the town of Athol to West River street in the town of Orange”,

and in said item by striking the figures "$60,000,000" and inserting the figures “$65,000,000”.
