Senior Programs in the City of Springfield

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 2840-7024 by adding the following: the word “Newton” in the line 695, the following: “provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the development of a 42,850 square foot facility  to house all senior programs in the city of Springfield.
