Quinebaug River Access

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-7107, in line 128 by inserting after the word "river" the following:

"; provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended to expand and upgrade parking and public access to the Quinebaug River at West Dudley Road in the Town of Dudley"
