feasibility study of the Court of Dreams project at the former York Street Jail property

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-1506 by adding at the end thereof the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for a feasibility study of the "Court of Dreams" project at the former York Street Jail property for a basketball court facility to host year-round basketball tournaments in the city of Springfield;
