Amendment #12 to H4165

Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 24, in line 636, by striking out the number "15" and inserting in place thereof the following number:- "16"; and further, in line 648, by inserting after the word "county" the following:- "; provided further, that not less than 1 investor/consumer advocacy representative shall be appointed by the office of consumer affairs and business regulations."
