Representatives Parisella of Beverly and Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, after line item 7007-1641 and the figure “$250,000” by adding the following: 7002-XXX For a grant to Salem State University Enterprise Center to develop a strategy for regional economic development and conduct a feasibility study to construct a North Shore Convention, Business, and Visitor Center to be conducted by the Center of Economic Development and Sustainability at Salem State University.  The Center shall submit their final report to the House and Senate Ways & Means Committees and the Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies no later than January 1, 2016…………………………………….. $300,000
