Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in Section 2 by adding the following item:-

“XXXX-XXXX -  For improved transportation between Center Street and Rt. 290 at Church Street to allow for business growth within Worcester and Middlesex County…….. $1,000,000.00”
