MA Regulatory Process Relative to Construction Code

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Michlewitz of Boston and Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 2A, by adding after item 7002-1506 the following item:-

“7002-15XX For the purpose of studying the potential effects of construction codes,

professional licensure, variances and inspectional services on public safety and economic

development in the Commonwealth…………$50,000”
