Amendment #20 to H4165

Town of Easton

Ms. Cronin of Easton moves to amend the bill in section 2A item 7002-1502, by adding the following:

“: provided, however, that notwithstanding the definition of gateway city municipality in section 3A of Chapter 23A of the General Laws, that $35,000 shall be expended for planning and legal services to create a sewer district in the Town of Easton that would encompass a commercially zoned area, in conformance with the state approved Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan, along routes 138 and 123 from the Brocton line to Depot Street in the Town of Easton.”
