Ms. Cronin of Easton moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 7002-1506 the following item-

7002-XXXX For the Town of Easton, $35,000 to be expended for planning and legal services to create a sewer district in the Town of Easton that would encompass a commercially zoned area, in conformance with the state approved Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan, along routes 138 and 123 from the Brocton line to Depot Street in the Town of Easton.
