Designated Port Areas

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting in Section 61 after the term "designated port area fund" in line 1703, the following:

"and (10) authorize a “demonstration project” within the Boston DPA as identified and determined by the local planning authority that will utilize commercial, waterfront industrial and wharf/pier construction to support innovative commercial maritime activity.”
