F. Moran Amendment

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 1 by adding the following 2 sentences:- This act shall not apply to former elected officials or their spouses who are receiving health insurance benefits at the time of the enactment of this act. This act shall not apply to current elected officials who are receiving health insurance benefits through the end of their current term.
