Amendment 1

Wellfleet -- parking ticket fines

Mr. Wolf moves to amend the bill by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following 3 sections:-             

“SECTION 2.  Chapter 178 of the acts of 1993 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3.  Chapter 20 of the acts of 2004 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.”
