City Councilor Exemption

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in Section 21 by inserting after “75,000 or more persons” the following:

“, not including those candidates for mayor, city council or alderman in a city with a population between seventy five and one hundred thousand persons who do not reasonably expect to raise or spend more than $5,000 in the election cycle,”
