Amendment #6 to H4226

Preserving integrity of political speech

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

Section XX. Section 15 of said Chapter 55, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:

“No person convicted of a felony shall make a contribution to any political committee or candidate”.
