Amendment #10 to H4254

Fee Increase Effective Date

Mrs. Orrall of Lakeville moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section: -

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary no change or increase in licensing fees of any kind shall be imposed on any of the industries controlled by the Division of Professional Licensure until January 1, 2016.”.
