Amendment #9 to H4254

school licensing

Mr. Fallon of Malden moves to amend the bill Section 87BB of chapter 112 in line 309, by adding the following sentence:-

“Any school licensed under the Board of Registration of Cosmetology and Board of Registration of Barbering is exempt from the provisions of section 263 of chapter 112.  The exemption will remain in effect until July 1, 2015.”
