Amendment #19 to H4278

Law Enforcement Exemption

Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

SECTION XX.Section 131M of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 12 by striking the words “for purposes of law enforcement”.
