Relative to Expanding the Fee Exemption for Renewing a Carry Permit to Include Veterans

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:  Section XXX:

Section 131 of Chapter 140 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 271, the word “and” inserting the following words:

“, a veteran, as defined under Section 6A of Chapter 115, or”
