Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 13, in line 194 by inserting after the word "residents." the following sentence: "The survey shall be conducted in languages which reflect the tenants in residing in the housing authorities and the survey respondents shall be allowed to respond in their native language.".
