LHA Regionalizing

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 13 by striking in line 278 the word “the” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"participating"

and, by deleting the word "authority's" and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"authorities'"

Moreover, in line 279 by inserting after the word "budget" the following:-

"for elderly and family state public housing, minus the cost of utilities"
