Local Tenant Organizations

Mr. Smizik of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 6, by inserting the following language:-

Section 5A is hereby amended by striking the word “and” in line 46 after “(7) fiduciary responsibilities;” inserting “ (8) fair housing laws; and (9) tenant occupancy and tenant participation policies;” and in line 51 after “tenant members” by inserting “tenant members of local tenant organizations.”
