Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend House, No. 4310 in section 3 by inserting after the word “paid”, in line 24, the following words:- “; provided, however, the licensing authority shall not reissue a license granted pursuant to this act for a period of 3 years from the date of original issuance”.
