Historic Speedway Building

Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 3, in line 32, by striking out the words:- “portions of the” ;

and further moves to amend the bill, in line 32, by inserting after the word "Building" the following words:-

“Superintendent’s Residence, Headquarters and Stable, MDC Police Station, South Shed and East Shed”;

and further moves to amend the bill by adding after Section 5 the following Section:-

“SECTION 6.  Consistent with the purpose of this Act, which is to promote the preservation and adaptive reuse of a state owned historic resource, the site of the Speedway Administration Building and its structures shall be subject to G.L. c 9 section 27C. “
