Mansfield Amendment

Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill in subsection (b) of section 1 by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-  “The licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of a license granted pursuant to this act to: (i) any other person, corporation, partnership or organization for a period of 3 years from the date of original issuance; or (ii) a location outside of the areas identified in this act where the license was originally granted.”.
