An Act providing the terms of certain bonds financing the expansion of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended by inserting, in line 3, after the word “years”, the following words:- “, as recommended by the governor in a message to the general court dated September 3, 2014 under section 3 Article LXII of the Amendments to the Constitution”; and

by striking out, in lines 3 to 5, the words:- “, as recommended by the governor in a message to the general court dated September 3, 2014 under section 3 Article LXII of the Amendments to the Constitution”.
