Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “terms.”, in line 5, the following words:- “The chairperson of the planning board may designate an alternate member to sit on the planning board to vote and act on all matters in the event of a board member’s absence, inability to act, conflict of interest or a vacancy on the board.”
