Amendment 1

An Act promoting housing and support services to unaccompanied homeless youth

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 2.  The appointed members of the commission established in section 16W of chapter 6A of the General Laws shall be appointed within 90 days after the effective date of this act.”; and

by striking out section 4.
