An Act relative to the treatment of mentally ill in prisons

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended by striking out, in lines 16 and 17, the words “correctional facilities of the commonwealth” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “state correctional facilities, as defined in section 1 of chapter 125”;

by striking out, in line 31 and in lines 37 and 38, the words “correctional institution of the commonwealth” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- “state correctional facility, as defined in section 1 of chapter 125”; and

by striking out, in lines 32 and 33, the words “correctional institution of the commonwealth” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “state correctional facility, as defined in said section 1 of said chapter 125”.
