Direct Wine Shipment Licenses

Messrs. Wolf, Ross and Tarr move to amend the bill by striking out, in line 8, the second time it appears, the word “a” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “each”; and

By striking out, in line 11, the second time it appears, the word “a” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “each”; and

By adding the following section:-

“SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect as of January 1, 2014.”
