Sale Price of Edward J. Sullivan Courthouse

Mr. Toomey of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 25 by adding the following sentence:- Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule, regulation or policy to the contrary, the division of capital asset management and maintenance shall not alter the terms of its sale agreement for the former Edward J. Sullivan Courthouse in any manner that would lower the price paid for the conveyance of the former courthouse.
