Amendment #5 to H55

An Amendment to Provide District Attorneys with Adequate Resources to address Hinton State Drug Lab

Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill in item 1599-0054 by adding the following:

“; not less than $4,117,845 shall be expended for  the Suffolk District Attorney; not less than $1,654,120 shall be expended for  the Middlesex District Attorney;  not less than $1,490,909 shall be expended for the Eastern District Attorney; not less than $195,000 shall be expended for the Worcester District Attorney; not less than $173,261shall be expended for the Hampden District Attorney; not less than $115,000 shall be expended for the Hampshire/Franklin District Attorney; not less than $1,449,201shall be expended for the  Norfolk District Attorney; not less than $1,327,001 shall be expended for  the Plymouth District Attorney; not less than $1,433,001 shall be expended for  the Bristol District Attorney; not less than $664,378 shall be expended for the Cape and Islands District Attorney; not less than $99,521 shall be expended for  the Berkshire District Attorney; and not less than $33,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts District Attorneys Association”.
