Ms. Fox of Boston moves to amend the bill inserting "provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be funded to the Aid to Incarcerated Mothers program."Aid to Incarcerated Mothers provides counseling; peer support; assistance in coping with anger, substance abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault; employment readiness and support; non-criminal legal education and advocacy; and links to other support services for mothers who are now or were prison inmates.
